Welcome to the Answer for Cancer team fundrasing page! Answer for Cancer is a team that is a apart of LLS's Student of Year 7-week competition. Numerous teams across San Diego and Hawaii compete against eachother to raise the most money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The money raised goes to:

• Funding cutting-edge research leading to breakthroughs in immunotherapy, genomics and personalized medicine that are improving and saving the lives of patients 
• Providing free education and support for blood cancer patients and families, including personalized, one-on-one support, assistance with identifying and enrolling in clinical trials, and more. 
• Mobilizing thousands of advocates to drive policy changes that accelerate the development of new cancer treatments and break down barriers to care.

Our team hosts events, sends emails, asks for sponserships, and gather items for auctions, all in hope that our team will raise the most money for this organization.
